Essential Functions:
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks in parking lots, around buildings, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to oversee all aspects of landscaping and exterior upkeep.
- Follow strict safety, security, and integrity protocols while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
- DOT Physical required
- Experience operating heavy equipment is necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
