Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional, experienced, and passionate Nursing Supervisor to lead our night shift Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As the Cardiac ICU Nursing Supervisor, you'll be at the epicenter of life-saving care. Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the symphony of critical care: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of patient care in the Cardiac ICU during the night shift, ensuring seamless teamwork and communication among nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Be the guardian of excellence: Maintain and elevate the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction through continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation.
- Nurture the next generation: Mentor, coach, and develop your team of ICU nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and compassionate care.
