Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement creative, technology-driven solutions for talent development that meet the diverse needs of a large global organization.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to craft engaging, inclusive digital learning experiences.
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies (including AI and data science) to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of our learning programs.
  • Create interactive learning assets such as e-learning modules, videos, and structured learning pathways while ensuring they meet accessibility standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance and practical support on all aspects of learning technology to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into CBRE's learning initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and continuous enhancement of our learning technology ecosystem and vendor relationships.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning solutions, ensuring they are accessible and impactful for our global teams.

Qualifications:

  • Atrack record of successfully deploying digital learning solutions, utilizing AI and automation to improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience in designing and implementing digital learning initiatives in complex global organizations.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language for various audiences.
  • Creative mindset passionate about leveraging technology for continuous improvement in talent development.
  • Recognized as a thought leader in learning technology, committed to team success and knowledge sharing.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital learning tools and familiarity with learning management systems and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to streamline talent development processes using technology.
