To support our continued growth, Gastro Health is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our established and thriving practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

With more than 150 locations across seven states, our team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nutritionists, technicians, and administrative professionals are united by a mission to provide outstanding medical care and an exceptional healthcare experience.
Practice Details
- Join a team of 5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
- 1:14 shared call / inpatient service line at one hospital only
- In-office esophageal manometry and abdominal ultrasound
- Ancillary services include anorectal manometry, breath tests, capsule endoscopy, Fibroscan, and pathology lab
- A robust clinical research program
- Clear path to partnership and equity participation
(Based on experience and productivity)
- Base Salary: $450,000 - $500,000 per year
- Signing Bonus: $50,000 - $75,000, paid at commencement of employment
- Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production
- CME Allowance: Up to $5,000 per year for approved courses and expenses
- Transition Bonus: $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
