Location: Weymouth, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time

Pay rate: $24.00-$28.00/hour

The Operations Specialist is responsible for:
  • Providing operational support to the site Program Director.
  • Assisting with ensuring the Quality Improvement Process as it relates to Health and Safety of programs and buildings and ensuring operations are running efficiently.
  • Providing technical and operational assistance to Program Directors, Admissions and Recovery Specialist Staff.
  • Traveling between all inpatient programs as needed for operational support.
  • Prioritizing and addressing the ever-evolving needs of Inpatient Services as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel required
