Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a driven junior- to mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for policyholders in high-stakes disputes, helping clients enforce their rights under complex commercial insurance policies across a wide range of industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
- 2+ years of substantive experience in insurance recovery litigation
- OR 1 year of experience and a federal judicial clerkship
- Prior experience representing policyholders at an AmLaw 200 firm or boutique practice preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Represent policyholders in disputes against insurers across a variety of commercial insurance policies and coverage types
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate closely with a team of nationally recognized insurance recovery attorneys to deliver high-quality, results-oriented representation

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $210,000 to $390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
- Bonus eligibility
