Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all project sites.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Heavy Civil Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction project management and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with construction software and tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 USD, depending on experience.
