Intro:

As as Senior FP&A Analyst supporting the Power & Energy Segment , you'll play a key role in delivering financial insights that drive strategic decisions across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Financial accounting and reporting for the segment, including monthly closing tasks, Form M analysis and preparation for Actuals and Forecasts.

• Providing insightful analysis and commentary on relevant financial data and metrics to a variety of business stakeholders across the segment.

• Collaborating with Corporate Forecasting and the Financial Analysis Reporting Group as well as the divisions with Power & Energy to meet reporting deadlines and deliverables.

What You Have:

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree concentrated in Accounting or related fields; 3+ years of job-related experience

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems

• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

• This position requires 5 days a week in office

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
