What You'll Do
- Oversee electrical projects from planning through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Monitor project quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communication logs
- Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and productivity
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a project manager in commercial or industrial electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC code, and construction practices
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to working flexible hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines
