Position Overview:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents.
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
- Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities.
Training Program Details:
- 75 hours of CNA Training, combining online and in-person learning.
- Earn your CNA certification upon successful completion.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must pass a MN Background Check.
- Availability for weekends and holidays.
