Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent, with residency completion in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Possession of an unrestricted Oregon Physician License or ability to obtain it before starting.
  • Current Oregon DEA certificate required prior to your start date.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems.
  • Excellent time management skills.

The salary range for this role is $266,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Actual compensation can vary based on experience and metric achievements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
