Role Overview:
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional, your primary responsibility will be to treat a wide range of mental health issues, adapting your approach to meet the needs of our varied clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate effectively with external care providers.
- Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health disorders.
- Implement treatment for various mental health conditions utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, among other evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and complete clinical documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Required:
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon.
Preferred Experience:
• Two or more years of professional social work or clinical experience following your Master’s degree.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in computer use for professional communication and medical documentation, including software like Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHRs).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
