Mechanical/Electrical Coordinator - Industrial Projects

Location: West Des Moines, IA | ZIP: 50265

Overview:
Hiring a Mechanical/Electrical Coordinator to oversee trade integration and coordination for complex industrial builds across the Des Moines metro.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate M/E subcontractor activities and resolve field conflicts.
  • Review shop drawings, schedules, and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Track progress and facilitate communication between trades.
  • Support QA/QC inspections and commissioning efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of M/E coordination experience in industrial construction.
  • Ability to read plans and manage multi-trade scheduling.
  • Excellent technical and field communication skills.
