Position Purpose:

Join our team as a Freight and Receiving Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready to serve customers each day. In this position, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials from the receiving area throughout the store, and possibly operating forklifts.

This role will also involve maintaining accurate inventory and pricing for our customers. Some positions require direct customer interaction, so exceptional customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Efficiently move inventory from the receiving area to various locations in the store.
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively.
  • Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
  • Assist customers and provide excellent service.

This role may include titles such as Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, and Receiving Support.
