The Insurance Sales Professional achieves this by marketing, reviewing needs, and closing sales with current clients or new prospects. This position is ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and working with both people and technology. We recognize individual efforts through a competitive compensation program with numerous bonus opportunities. Base Salary Commissions up to 24% Monthly/Quarterly Team & Individual Bonuses. $500 Licensing/Signing Bonus Major Medical benefits are provided to all full-time employees. Paid Vacation and Personal Days are provided after initial probationary period. Paid Holidays are provided. Work from Home/Remote Opportunities available after initial training period and upon reaching production goals. Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities The Insurance Sales Professional position primary areas of focus are: Prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Developing insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Maintaining phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Growing sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, text, and potential client lists. Setting appointments for financial needs reviews with our in-office specialist. Growing revenue by successfully discovering clients needs for additional lines of insurance. Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects. Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established. Requirements Additional qualifications to consider: Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing required licenses a plus. Prior sales experience a plus. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Must excel at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. Confident self-starter with the ability to stay focused and proactive while working independently. Effective written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills. Bilingual candidates welcome.
