Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our production facility's mechanical and electrical systems. This role offers a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our facility while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within the production facility.
- Utilize basic computer skills for entering maintenance tasks and keeping track of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work on a variety of equipment including pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, motors, and potentially PLC systems.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues up to 480v and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience in the coating or paint industry is a plus.
- Previous experience with preventative maintenance scheduling preferred.
- Familiarity with cutting equipment, welders, robots, coating/painting machinery, or packaging machinery is advantageous.
