As a Lead Patient Care Tech, youll be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering compassionate care that impacts patients lives every day. Youll provide hands?on patient care, assist with advanced procedures, and help guide and mentor and support the growth of new and experienced patient care tech staff.

• Assisting patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), supporting mobility and comfort, checking vital signs, collecting specimens, preparing for procedures, and monitoring telemetry as needed
• Documenting patient care accurately and communicating important updates to the nursing team to ensure coordinated, timely care
• Helping maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices, setting up and caring for equipment, and ensuring needed supplies are ready
• Responding to patient needs through regular rounding and compassionate communication to promote comfort and trust
• Training new team members, sharing updates on policies and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care
  

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• CNA Training Program required
• CNA or LNA certification as mandated by state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• 1+ years of experience at an HCA facility required
  

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380?+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley. We are the only Level?II Trauma Center in East Ventura County. We provide a 24?hour emergency department, comprehensive stroke center, ICU/CCU, maternity, Level?III NICU, comprehensive cancer center, heart & cardiovascular center, same?day surgery, and rehab center.
