In this role, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers to enhance shopper satisfaction. This includes the creation of eye-catching displays and end caps, organizing shelf resets for product rotation, and monitoring inventory to optimize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. About you:
- Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physically capable of working, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to commute to work
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and focus on results
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a cohesive team
