About the Role:

Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to departmental Manager. Clinically and administratively supports the team. Monitors staffing and scheduling, develops a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies, is actively engaged patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization, and improvement of departmental efficiencies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities: As an RN Assistant Nurse Manager with the GIDC Operating Room at Sinai Hospital, you will:
  • Manage the daily operations and flow
  • Manage and engage team building and performance
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Licensure: Maryland Registered Nurse License (RN)
  • Certification: American Heart Association BLS/ACLS/PALS; specialty GI certification preferred (i.e. CGRN)
  • Experience:
    • At least two years of GI nursing experience
    • One year of leadership experience
