We are looking for a Senior UiPath RPA Developer with mandatory UiPath Advanced Certification (UiARD or UiADP). The candidate must have hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath. The role requires strong expertise in RPA concepts, design patterns, troubleshooting, and client engagement.

Mandatory Certification:

  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) OR
  • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional (UiADP)

    (Other UiPath diploma/associate certifications are not valid for this role.)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and review work across all phases of RPA lifecycle - plan, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
  • Translate business requirements and logic into automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Develop robust, scalable automation workflows adhering to UiPath design principles and best practices.
  • Configure and troubleshoot automation processes, including error log analysis and bug fixes.
  • Perform process modeling in UiPath Studio including automation of SAP processes.
  • Implement object cloning methods across browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
  • Provide technical guidance, solution architecture, and client-facing support.
  • Maintain automation in Agile methodology using version control (GitHub).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, document processes, and visualize solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new RPA technologies, and UiPath features.
Must-Have Skills:

  • UiARD or UiADP certification (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting UiPath automations and debugging error logs.
  • Experience in SAP process automation using UiPath.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Client management experience with ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and GitHub version control.
Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Awareness of other RPA tools/market solutions.
  • Exposure to integration of UiPath with enterprise applications.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and review code quality.
Generic / Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated success as a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create consensus among stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
