Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Tool Electrician who is adept at reading schematics and cell drawings to lay out and wire cells from the controller to robots

This role involves working on robotic assembly, wiring, and system integration tasks
Job Responsibilities
-
Execute automation systems project builds, including mechanical assembly, cutting, painting, and light fabrication or modification
-
Handle pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections and provide integration support
-
Assist with vision equipment installation, mounting, and troubleshooting
-
Support system power-on, validate builds, and perform troubleshooting and integration
-
Manage the tear-down of systems and prepare equipment for shipment

Provide field installation and support for systems troubleshooting, diagnosis, and issue resolution in mechanical and electrical aspects
Essential Skills
-
Proficiency in schematic and blueprint reading
-
Experience in assembly and wiring of industrial equipment
-
Electrical layout expertise in robot cell wiring up to 480v
-
Mechanical aptitude for rigging machinery
-
Ownership of personal tools
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
