Your Role Will Include
  • Employ radiographic and CT imaging techniques to acquire superior diagnostic images for physician evaluation
  • Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists and the caregiving team to facilitate precise diagnoses
  • Position patients accurately and calibrate imaging equipment to guarantee optimal results
  • Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols for both patients and staff
  • Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance reports for all equipment
  • Offer compassionate support to patients throughout their imaging experience
  • Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Educational Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferable
  • Completion of an accredited radiology program
Certifications Needed
  • ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
  • Current BLS certification or capability to obtain it within 90 days of employment
