Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the Team: Support the development of a high-performing team by hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experience.
  • Master Operations: Rotate through all restaurant stations and shifts to gain hands-on experience in food prep, guest service, inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Own the Business: Control food and labor costs through effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and consistently beating financial targets.
  • Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Engage with guests and handle feedback, resolve concerns, and create fan-worthy experiences.
  • Drive a Culture of Excellence: Create a respectful, high-energy environment where team members are inspired to excel-by modeling a people-first mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic in everything you do.
  • Build your Future: Take ownership of your growth through training, performance feedback, and participation in development check-ins.
What Will Make You Successful:
  • Experience & Leadership - Previous management experience in a restaurant environment with P&L responsibility. BOH experience a plus. You lead by example and stay cool under pressure.
  • Strong Communicator - English required, Spanish a plus. You know how to connect with your team and guests.
  • Operational Know-How - Solid understanding of food safety, product quality, and restaurant performance metrics (Speed of Service, Food & Labor Cost, etc.) Willing to work multiple stations and master all aspects of the business.
  • Accountability & Growth Mindset - You own your actions, learn from mistakes, and always look for ways to improve.
  • People-First Mentality - You genuinely care about your team and guests, treating everyone with respect and bringing positive energy to every shift.
  • Commitment & Reliability - Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Dependable, punctual, and ready to bring it every day.
  • Physical Stamina - Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer, and cooking sections of the restaurant. Hazards include, but not limited to, slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls.
