Join a Fast-Growing Manufacturer as a QA Inspector - 2nd Shift

We're partnering with a rapidly expanding personal care and pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Chino, CA to find a QA Inspector who's ready to play a key role in maintaining product quality and exceeding industry standards.

In this hands-on role, you'll be the frontline guardian of quality, inspecting a wide range of personal care products-like lotions, creams, and shampoos-to ensure they meet rigorous internal standards, regulatory guidelines, and customer expectations.
  • Contract: 6 month contract-to-hire
  • Shift: M-F 2pm-10pm
What You'll Do:
  • Perform detailed visual and functional inspections on personal care products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Accurately document inspection results, including types of defects, quantities, and observations.
  • Ensure all products align with industry regulations such as FDA guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with production and QA teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with root cause investigations to identify underlying issues and prevent future defects.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a QC/QA Inspector in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in personal care or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting quality deviations.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in data entry and documentation using computer systems.
