The Ricci Team is looking for a committed and enthusiastic LICENSED Showing Partner to join our dynamic and high-achieving real estate team.

We provide you with detailed real estate playbooks packed with proven strategies and clear, practical advice to help you excel

Responsibilities
  • Complete training & commit to on-going education of the real estate industry
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in CRM
