Client Services Representative

We are looking for a dedicated client services representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your ability to assist and guide customers, along with experience in retail sales, will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests to ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Provide clear and helpful guidance to guests regarding products, services, and inquiries.
- Manage retail sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting relevant products and services.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for guest interactions and sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing customer interactions and records.
