Salary: $21.00-$25.00/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner with leadership skills to lead a team on apartment turnovers and cleaning of residential apartment buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise crew and assign daily cleaning duties

• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards

• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching

• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed

• Communicate effectively with clients and management

• Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally

• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policy

Qualification:

• Experience in janitorial/housekeeping

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead a team and work independently

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Able to lift 25lbs and perform physical tasks
