As a Driver Mentor, you'll be compensated for every mile your truck travels, whether you're behind the wheel or your trainee is driving. Pay & Bonuses:

Weekly Base Pay: $1,225 - $1,455 (before any bonuses)

Base CPM + Tiered Pay Scale (based on experience)

Milestone Bonuses for Students:

$500 after 10K safe miles

$300 after 20K safe miles

Elite Mentor Rewards: After training 6 students, earn $0.01 CPM for every mile they drive in their first solo year
Mentor Program Structure:

Average runs of 11 days OTR (much shorter than typical mentor roles)

Students must drive a minimum of 5 hours per day, allowing you to maximize the remaining driving hours

Flexible breaks: Take a week off or run solo between students

Paid Development Training: $850 completion pay plus bonuses for student pickup and dispatch
