We invite ambitious and experienced recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role transcends mere desk duties; it is a powerful launchpad for your career. What You'll Do
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from intake through the final hire.
- Serve as a Client Partner, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring aspirations, cultural nuances, and challenges.
- Source Talents Strategically using our innovative CRM/ATS alongside your established network and tools such as our unique communication platform.
- Utilize Our Platform efficiently to engage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring value for our clients and lucrative commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate both our corporate identity and your personal brand.

- Comfortable with navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on our platform).
