Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Role Description:
  • Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS with Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, Develop Power Apps within D365
  • Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsofts latest integration API, Web API
  • Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation
  • Strong understanding of integration with external systems, particularly around order, finance orchestration and warehouse management
  • Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Flows and others
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 having functional understanding on (Sales, Finance and Customer Management modules)
  • Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support business Processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and associated technologies
  • Willing to work in Shifts and with good understanding of Support Process
  • Having knowledge on ITIL is very essential with good communication skills
