Choose the Pay Package That Works for You:

  • $.56 CPM base for all miles (we pay practical miles) + bonuses + comprehensive benefits package (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus.
  • Or
  • $.66 CPM for all miles (we pay practical miles) + bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus.

Additional Pay Package Benefits:

  • Accessorials such as layover, detention, and additional stops/pickups included in total pay.
  • Layover pay of $150 per night.
  • Detention pay of $20 per hour, starting one hour past appointment time.
  • Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday.
  • Payment for additional stops/pickups: $25 each.
  • Quarterly safety bonus of $.03 CPM per billable mile (if qualified).
  • $100 bonus for weekend deliveries.
  • NYC trips (rarely required) offer a $150 bonus if you opt to go.
  • Vacation Pay included.

Pay Schedule:

  • Starting pay: $0.56 cpm
  • 6 months: $0.58 cpm
  • 12 months: $0.60 cpm
  • 24 months: $0.62 cpm
  • 60 months: $0.62 cpm plus longevity bonus
  • Bonus of $.02 cpm paid quarterly can bring top pay to $0.66 cpm.

  • Health insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 30 days.
  • Company-paid dental insurance after 30 days (Employee Only).
  • Company-paid life insurance worth $20,000 after 30 days (Employee Only).
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) insurance after 30 days.

  • Per diem of $69 per night while on the road.

Job Duties Include:

  • Operating a tractor-trailer combination with a reefer unit.
  • Performing pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
  • Hooking and unhooking trailers.
  • Completing required documentation and reports accurately.
  • Maintaining accurate daily logs.
  • Communicating with dispatch as necessary.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws/regulations and company policies.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
  • Two years of recent verifiable driving experience required, military experience included.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per hiring standards.
  • Must be at least 23 years old.
  • Comply with all DOT regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier regulations.
