Pay and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate at $19.75, and $20.75 if you have an HCA#, at least a year of CG experience, and a 40-hour availability
  • Additional $2.50 on hourly rate if shifts are weekends
  • Get paid every Friday, direct deposit

Requirements
  • Home Care Aid Registry License Number from the State of California Department of Social Services
  • Pass drug screening, Background clearance, TB clearance, and Physical
  • Work Authorization (Required)
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching
  • Can assist with activities of daily living (ADL)
  • Can assist with toileting and incontinence issues (Personal Care)
This Position is Not a Fit for:
  • Students looking for short-term or seasonal work.
  • Applicants who cannot commit to at least 6 months.
  • Those unavailable for in-person onboarding/training
