Service Management Specialist

Compensation Range: $56,485.00 - $59,500.00

As a Service Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional daily operations during your shifts. To be successful in this role, a qualified candidate should possess:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a dedicated team focused on service excellence.
  • Solid knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits as per state and local laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local and state health codes.
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
  • Previous experience managing a team.

Pay Range (Base Pay): As indicated above.

Other Types of Compensation: Variable bonuses, referral bonuses, employee stock purchase program, and paid parental leave (subject to qualifications).

Insurance: Coverage options for health, vision, dental, life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity (eligibility begins at age 18).

Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan with a company match up to 4% of pay (subject to qualifications).

Paid Time Off: Accrual of 0.03846 hours for every hour worked.

Paid Holidays: Our establishments are typically closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and full salary is provided for workweeks containing these holidays.
