Are you passionate about connecting with people and interested in sales? Marvin Replacement is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. In this role, you'll represent our brand through neighborhood marketing efforts and door-to-door appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct interaction and neighborhood marketing to promote the Marvin Replacement brand.
- Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments based on informative and positive customer interactions.
- Present and distribute marketing materials effectively.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly communication style with potential customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and leads.
- Work towards achieving neighborhood marketing plan targets.
- Collaborate with fellow Brand Promoters and Supervisors to implement efficient strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve promotion techniques.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Comfortable walking outdoors for up to 5 miles a day, including up and down hills.
- Availability for full-time hours.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors.
