This full?time, weekend?only RN position involves providing nursing care in the Emergency Department, working with a collaborative, patient?centered team, and supporting patients from birth through all life stages.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the life cycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
  • Operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
  • Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff, and provide quality nursing care.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a nursing program.
  • One year of nursing experience in the Emergency Department.
  • Current license in Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required; obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
