Job Overview

Our Handymen are trusted service technicians-professionals who take pride in delivering top-notch workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a "get it done right" attitude. This role involves completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at customer sites. If you're reliable, experienced, and passionate about your craft, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete general repair and maintenance tasks at residential and commercial sites.
  • Perform drywall patching, painting, carpentry (fences, decks, framing).
  • Conduct basic plumbing repairs: clogs, toilet/sink repair, faucet replacements, etc.
  • Handle minor electrical tasks: switch/outlet changes, light fixtures, ballasts, etc.
  • Install blinds, TV mounts, shelving, and door/cabinet hardware.
  • Conduct minor flooring repairs: tile, carpet, transitions.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation via mobile device.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Just Screw It brand with pride.
  • Drive between job sites in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience preferred in general maintenance or trades.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools, repairs, and job site safety.
  • Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must have a smartphone with a data plan for work orders and communication.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and be 18+ years of age.

Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No nights, no weekends
Location
  • Denver Metro Area: Lakewood, Aurora, Thornton, and surrounding areas.
  • Technicians work locally, commuting between customer sites.
