What role will you play?

As a senior team member, you will drive fundraising, investor relations, and product development for MAM's Private Credit business across the Americas and globally, collaborating with senior stakeholders and serving as a key contact for existing and prospective investors. Your responsibilities include overseeing fundraising activities, supporting new product rollouts, managing investor relationships, and providing strategic input on communications, marketing, and co-investment syndication. You will also deliver market insights, feedback, and analysis to help guide product strategy and ensure alignment with investor needs in the region.
Salary range for this position: $175,000 - $260,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

- You will have 6-8 years' experience within fixed income / private credit in the Americas, with the ability to form and maintain excellent international relationships across a suite of internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence employees, partners, and stakeholders of all levels to deliver the Americas private credit budget and strategy.
- Experience providing solutions to insurance companies is preferred but not essential.
- Your strategic orientation to develop the private credit business in the Americas with a collaborative work style and willingness to share knowledge will be well placed in this role.
