Your Role as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Assisting with policy updates, claims, and general insurance questions

  • Providing clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish

  • Collaborating closely with our agent team to ensure a seamless customer experience
