The Medical Suites at Oak Creek has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as an RN Charge Nurse. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in the Long Term Care Unit, in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
As the Charge Nurse RN you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
Requirements
- WI Licensed Registered Nurse
- 2 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility
- Previous nurse supervisor or management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a growing team
