  • Trade Operations Analyst - Risk & Client Support
    Salt Lake City, UT
    Pay $23 per hour.

    Overview

    We are seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to join our team and gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with traders, strategists, clients, and technologists to ensure risk is mitigated and business operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Partner daily with traders and brokers to resolve issues and ensure timely settlement of trades.
    • Analyze and resolve complex trade flow, accounting discrepancies, and transactional issues.
    • Lead and contribute to projects aimed at improving cross-product support, controls, and scalability.
    • Provide regular reporting and insightful business analysis to senior leadership.
    • Work with business partners to enhance trade capture processes and develop long-term solutions.
    • Collaborate with global teams to strengthen client service and operational efficiency.
    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Strong client relationship and communication skills with ability to explain complex issues to diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership and accountability; proactive team player with strong ownership mindset.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
    • Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior work experience in financial services or capital markets.
    • Familiarity with industry utilities and platforms such as DTC, SWIFT, and DTCC.
    • Exposure to trade lifecycle processes and settlement workflows.
