Culvers is looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individual to lead our closing shifts If you're ready to take your leadership skills to the next level and be a key part of creating a positive guest and team experience, this entry-level manager role is the perfect place to start.

Since 1984, Culver's has been serving up our famous ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As an Entry Level Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our team delivers the best experience possible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations and closing procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a talented team to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure quality food safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Support training and development of team members.
  • Complete nightly procedures: register counts, safe drops, inventory prep
  • Assign closing task and follow up to ensure store is ready for the next day
  • handles guest concerns professionally and promptly
