Night Shift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team This role involves repairing and installing production and manufacturing equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment functions properly by performing inspections and conducting preventative maintenance based on manufacturer specifications. Additionally, this position requires diagnosing equipment malfunctions and making necessary repairs or adjustments.

Our ideal candidate will have their own hand tools and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes exposure to heat, noise, gas, and chemicals. Physical demands include frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending, and kneeling. Please note that weekend and holiday work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all production equipment
  • Repair production equipment as needed
  • Perform breakdown analysis to identify issues
  • Maintain general housekeeping of work areas
  • Upgrade production lines with new equipment and technology
  • Collaborate with outside contractors on assigned projects
  • Manage package changeovers efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and audit standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and document work schedules and completed tasks
