The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical equipment and instrumentation for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent state/provincial certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLCs, motor controls, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
- Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Arc Flash Safety training or certification
- Instrumentation and calibration experience
