Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -- Weekend Program - Manchester Commons
Erie, PA - Full - and Part -t ime, Non-Exempt; Days, Evenings and Nights
Starting pay: $31.00 per hour
At Manchester Commons in Erie, personal care, skilled nursing, and our unique community for people living with dementia are all within a single building. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role s upervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

- Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania .
- Graduate of approved Practical Nurse Program.
- Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
- Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
- Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Maintains CPR certification
