Job Description:
As a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role requires expertise in building scalable applications, integrating systems, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards while delivering innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Customer Service, Field Service, and Sales.
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions including model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
  • Create and manage custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
  • Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage solution lifecycle including managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and reusable components.
  • Implement role-based security and adhere to governance and compliance standards.
  • Support data migration activities and troubleshoot technical issues across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare mockups, prototypes, and documentation for platform usage.
  • Provide guidance on licensing models and best practices for platform governance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for development efforts and issue resolution.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft GCC tenant environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Power Platform components: model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
  • Expertise in customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT policies, governance, and architecture standards.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with data migration tools and API integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and remediation skills for technical issues.
  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.


The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
