- Experience: Solid background in HVAC/R service and troubleshooting; Open to techs with residential, commercial, or industrial background.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HVAC installation and service; Controls/BAS experience a plus.
- HVAC Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HVAC functions, including ductwork modifications and design
- Communication Skills: Effective and professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and project managers
- Leadership and Work Ethic: Strong leadership skills and a robust work ethic
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
