We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our expanding engineering department as part of the Core Platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and manage essential features that enhance customer value. You will be committed to operational excellence, metrics, observability, and implementing best practices while mentoring team members and contributing to engineering-wide initiatives.

With a focus on Ruby and TypeScript back-end stacks, tailored to each requirement and hosted on AWS, we build resilient services integrated into voice operations and our customers' crucial business tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce).

• Design and operate distributed, real-time services that power the core of our product.
• Develop, test, and deploy applications and systems using Ruby and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Take ownership of critical components of our service, making a genuine impact and growing alongside the company.
• Lead architectural decisions for both new and existing services.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the platform's resilience and scalability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical system issues and ensure ongoing system reliability.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development, specifically with Ruby/Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or Node.js, focusing on security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• You have extensive production experience with AWS, preferably in high-volume/high-availability services, and understand how to design, deploy, and optimize in the AWS environment.
• You are self-motivated with a successful history of delivering complex projects within defined scope and timelines.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology-driven environment.
