Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair Toyota and other brands of lift trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on customer forklifts, stackers, electric tow trucks, and transporters.
  • Utilize grinders, drill presses, air compressors, and common hand and power tools safely.
  • Stay informed about all products that Atlas sells and services.
  • Maintain your technician tools effectively.
  • Complete service repair assignments in a timely manner.
  • Keep your workspace clean and safe.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical repair skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in industrial or automotive settings.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and measuring devices.
  • A strong desire to learn and undergo training.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role involves standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 80 lbs., with routine lifting of 20-50 lbs.
