Commercial Maintenance Coordinator

This position will work in support of onsite Commercial Maintenance Technicians and the office support team. The day to day will consist of various tasks and responsibilities relating to all aspects of commercial maintenance work orders.
Some maintenance experience in an office role is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate is self sufficient, thorough, an effective communicator (both written and oral), and is adept in multi-tasking and customer service. There will be a mixture of in person, electronic and telephone communication with internal staff and technicians as well as dialogue with customers and municipalities/codes officials. The person in this role should be comfortable operating in various work order systems and online customer portals.
We will train the new hire about the industry, our processes and the needs of individual customers. The Coordinator will utilize email, phones, and system reporting to hunt down missing information, connect necessary parties, and assess/define missing portions of information to push work orders along the path to completion. There is potential that one or more days can be worked from employees home weekly, but this is an office role.
