Modeling and Simulation Engineer with Security Clearance Required

Overview: Position: Modeling & Simulation Engineer Format: Hired directly as full-time employee Location: Huntsville, AL Base Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 (potential flexibility depending on candidate) Clearance: Secret with willingness/ability to upgrade to Top Secret Interview Process: 1-Round; Virtual Benefits: Full health coverage (medical/dental/vision) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401k 3% contribution 3% match into the employee's ESOP FSA, Wellness, Education, Training Annual performance raise Annual bonus opportunities Ample vacation time provided holidays Key Responsibilities: Planning studies Developing scenarios Modeling IAMD systems Testing scenarios Analyzing output data Presenting findings and insights through reports and other deliverables Enhancing deliverable products, data sources, and analytical tools Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field Over 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency with AFSIM or similar Air and Missile Defense Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) tools, including EADSIM, HELCoMES, STK, C2BMC Planner, WILMA, STORM, HELEEOS, and LEEDR Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical and communication abilities Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively both in-person and remotely Experience in working with customers and stakeholders to identify and develop optimal MS&A tools and methodologies Programming/coding experience in Python and/or C++ Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets Familiarity with IAMD systems (e.g., Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, IFPC, M-SHORAD, directed energy, air platforms, air/ground sensors) _____________________________________________________________________________________ *Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
